At The Gateway Hotel Mareeba, we’re committed to being an active and responsible member of our local community. We work hard to deliver a venue you can be proud of. We source our produce locally wherever possible, create employment, enjoyment opportunities and we like to give it back, wherever we can.
With that in mind, The Gateway Hotel regularly hosts fundraising events and activities for community and not for profit groups, charities, organisations, and local sporting teams. How do we do it? With a big serve of good times.
Events and activities are scheduled at various times across the year. They are always different, engaging and a whole lot of fun for you and your mates. The funds we raise are donated to a range of worthy recipients, including but not limited to Angel Flight, Royal Flying Doctor Service, Shave for a Cure, Mareeba PCYC and more.
We strive to become the unofficial clubhouse for many of Mareeba’s sporting teams and have the capabilities to cater to the food and beverage requirements for all groups and functions, large and small.
