The Gateway Hotel is the perfect venue for all types of functions. Christmas parties, work functions, birthday dinners, children’s parties, wakes and wedding receptions are just a few of the wide array of functions we have hosted.

Our restaurant – Stockman’s Grill – can provide a style of catering to suit you’re every need e.g.  A Bistro menu, set menu options, platters or an alternate drop for your upcoming event. The Restaurant is open:

 Mon-Sat:            Lunch 11:30am-2:30pm and Dinner5:30pm-9pm

Sunday:             Lunch 11:30am-2:30pm and Dinner5:30pm-8.30pm

The Gateway Hotel has three large kids’ areas within clear view of the restaurant and beer garden.

Gus Bus:               3 years and under

Vegetarian and vegan options can be ordered from the main menu.

Final numbers for the function must be confirmed 24 hours prior to the event, and meals will be charged for this confirmed number of people.

Party – $65

 Angus beef/lamb and rosemary party pies, sausage rolls and a selection of quiches with dipping sauces

Land and Sea – $85

 Chicken wings, pork ribs, roast beef on ciabatta toast with a mascarpone beet relish, and smoked salmon cream cheese en croute

Seafood – $80

 Panko crumbed snapper, crab croquettes, salt, and pepper calamari, potato spun prawns, prawn spring rolls, chips and tartare

Assorted house dips – basil pesto, babaganoush, roasted capsicum and sweet chili with ciabatta toast and crudites (celery, cucumber, and carrot)

Confirmation: To secure your booking we require confirmation of the above information seven days (7) prior to your function.

Terms & Conditions:

Final numbers for the function must be confirmed 24 hours prior to the event, and meals will be charged for this confirmed number of people.

MINORS are permitted to attend private functions, however must with a responsible legal guardian for the duration of the event. Minors are permitted to stay in the function areas until 10pm. Minors are not permitted to order at the bar or walk through the hotel without supervision. The hotel requires notification upon booking if minors are expected to attend your event. A security guard may be required when numerous minors are attending a function, which comes at an additional cost.

COMPLIANCE: It is understood that the patron will conduct their function in an orderly manner and in full compliance with Hotel Management and all applicable laws. This includes, but is not limited to, liquor licensing laws, minors, non-smoking and responsible service of alcohol.

SECURITY: The Hotel reserves the right to exclude or eject any and all objectionable person(s) from the function or Hotel premises without liability.

REFUNDS: The function organisers must advise the guaranteed number of guests attending the function seven (7) days prior to function date. Any reduction after this date will be charged at previously guaranteed numbers.
